Job Description
**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
* Manage full\-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS platforms like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
* Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict management, and promoting positive communication across teams.
* Administer benefits programs and benefits documentation using systems like ADP, Paychex, or Paylocity; ensure compliance with FMLA, OSHA standards, and workers' compensation requirements.
* Lead performance management initiatives by supporting employee evaluations, succession planning, and training \& development efforts to enhance workforce capabilities.
* Develop and implement HR policies aligned with employment \& labor law, affirmative action planning, and organization design strategies to ensure legal compliance and organizational effectiveness.
* Maintain accurate HR data entry, HRIS updates (e.g., Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft), and workforce management records to support strategic planning and reporting.
* Coordinate employee engagement activities, social media management for employer branding, and assist in HR sourcing efforts to attract top talent.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and benefits administration.
* Strong knowledge of employment \& labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation processes, and HR compliance standards.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or similar platforms; proficiency in data collection and reporting tools like Salesforce or Oracle HCM is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage conflict effectively and foster positive workplace relationships.
* Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Administrative experience supporting HR functions such as contracts, data entry, interviewing, and training coordination.
