Engagement Manager - Risk Infrastructure

Role and Responsibilities:As the Risk Infrastructure Engagement Manager, you will lead a critical project from onshore for strategy implementation in GDS Link. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital lending or banking space, a solid grasp of various business functions (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance), and a strong ability to implement initiatives from end to end. Your problem-solving skills, product sense, and ability to work effectively cross-functionally will be key to your success.Primary day-to-day client contacts and often interact with C-level executives.Project planning and managementReview business requirements with relevant client stakeholdersOptimize code and design documentsCode and test decisioning policy rules using best practicesTechnical SME coordination with risk, IT infrastructure, and client teamsStakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with and drive alignment among various stakeholders across the organizationManage Offshore Team: Lead and coordinate with offshore contractors for analytical support and to ensure seamless executionCandidate Profile:10+ years of experience majorly in BRMS projects, along with in consulting, solution design and client management.
