Most employees should expect onsite requirements and at a minimum of once per week. **This remote work opportunity requires residency, and work to be performed, within the State of Arizona.** **Purpose of the job** ---------------------- The Justice Administrator will oversee the coordination and delivery of health plan services for justice\-involved members. This role involves oversight of justice program staff, ensuring the completion of deliverables, developing relationships with providers and community\-based organizations, and coordinating care for members currently in and transitioning from the justice system. **Qualifications** ------------------ **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** **Required Work Experience** * 3 years of experience in Justice Court Administration, Justice System Coordination, and Behavioral Health Programs **Required Education** * Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field. **Required Licenses** * N/A **Required Certifications** * N/A **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** **Preferred Work Experience** * 5 years direct experience working with the justice systems and/or justice involved populations to include transition services, re\-entry and prelease service coordination **Preferred Education** * Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field **Preferred Licenses** * N/A **Preferred Certifications** * N/A **ESSEN
