This role requires extensive travel to conduct on\-site asset tagging, perform inventory audits, and ensure data integrity within Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Plays a key role in maintaining accurate asset records, supporting preventative maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and asset management protocols. **Position Responsbilities:** ----------------------------- * Travel to assigned locations to perform asset tagging and inventory activities. * Physically locate, identify, and apply asset tags to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other company assets. * Record detailed asset information including serial numbers, model numbers, location, and condition. * Enter and maintain asset data using CMMS, mobile devices, and other inventory management systems. * Conduct inventory audits to verify accuracy of existing asset records. * Identify and report discrepancies including missing, damaged, or unregistered assets. * Ensure asset tags are applied correctly and meet company standards and compliance requirements. * Maintain accurate and organized documentation of tagging activities and completed inventories. * Communicate effectively w
