This position will require some travel for office meetings, as needed, to our corporate office in Tulsa, OK.Job SummaryONEOK is seeking a RightAngle Technical Analyst/Developer to support and enhance our commercial trading and logistics systems. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting multiple instances of the RightAngle ETRM application, enabling critical business processes across Natural Gas Liquids (NGL), Refined Products, and Crude Oil commercial operations.The successful candidate will work closely with application development teams, the Business Process Optimization team, and key business partners to deliver scalable, reliable, and high‑quality technology solutions that support ONEOK’s commercial objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and support the RightAngle application across multiple environmentsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions aligned with ONEOK standardsCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders to enhance commercial workflowsDevelop and maintain custom RightAngle components, integrations, reports, and batch processesSupport day‑to‑day production operations, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and performance tuningParticipate in system upgrades, patches, and new module implementationsEnsure application solutions align with data, security, and compliance standardsCreate and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and support proceduresProvide technical guidance and mentoring within the development team as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting energy trading systems within NGL, Refined Products, or Crude Oil commercial operationsExperience with RightAngle API’s, scheduling, pricing, or settlements modulesKnowledge of Lease and ATM (Asset Transaction Management) processes is a plusFamiliarity with system integrations, batch processing, and ETL workflowsExperience working in Agile or iterative development environmentsPrior experience collaborating with business process optimization or transformation teamsEducationBachelor's Degree in MIS, computer science, mathematics, or other related field, or an equivalent combination of formal education and the following job related experienceWork ExperienceExperience with multiple development languages and/or platformsExperience with software development and programming concepts/techniquesExperience with database management systemsExperience with all aspects of the software development lifecycle methodology and basic project management conceptsExperience with basic infrastructure concepts and how those concepts are impacted by development activitiesKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesSkills in: use and function of office equipment including computers and applicable softwareAbility to: apply math, algebra, and statistical methods.Ability to: interact, advise and communicate effectivelyAbility to: develop information, conduct meetings and make presentationsAbility to: read and write fluently in EnglishAbility to: communicate and/or exchange information or instruction; conduct oral presentations and/or meetingsStrength Factor Rating - Physical Demands/RequirementsSedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
