You’ll manage a portfolio of client accounts while also supporting the coordination, development and effectiveness of the wider Account Management team.You’ll play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experiences, driving account growth and helping shape how we scale our account management practices globally.What You’ll DoMost days in this role usually involve a mix of:Managing a portfolio of client accounts and building strong, trusted relationshipsDeveloping and executing account plans to support client success and growthLeading client meetings, QBRs and renewal conversationsIdentifying upsell opportunities and supporting revenue growthActing as a key liaison between clients and internal teamsMentoring and supporting Account Managers in day-to-day activitiesImproving processes and driving consistency across the teamCollaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Onboarding and Business ServicesMonitoring account health, risks and performance metricsRequirementsWe’d love to meet youEspecially if you can tell us about your:Experience managing complex client accounts in a SaaS or service-based environmentAbility to balance hands-on account management with team leadership or mentoringTrack record of improving customer retention and growing accountsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in cross-functional, distributed teamsBenefitsWhat's in it for you?Moodle has a globally diverse team with over 280 team members in more than 25 countries around the world.
