Personal Injury Case Manager

**Job Overview** **Full\-Time \| Experienced Personal Injury Case Manager** *Remote with Occasional In\-Office Visits* **Are you looking for a lighter caseload and a better work environment?** We’re a growing boutique personal injury law firm seeking a reliable, empathetic, and detail\-oriented **Case Manager** to join our team. This is a full\-time, primarily remote position designed for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional client service and wants the opportunity to do meaningful work without being buried under an overwhelming caseload. At our firm, **quality matters more than quantity**. You’ll work closely with the attorney, have direct access to decision\-makers, and play an important role in helping injured clients navigate the legal process from start to finish. **Duties** * Answer incoming phone calls and conduct client intakes * Maintain regular communication with clients and provide case updates * Communicate with insurance adjusters, defense counsel, and court staff * Order and manage medical records, medical bills, collision reports, and health insurance liens * Maintain organized case files * Assist with drafting pleadings and lawsuits * E\-file documents with the court * Support discovery, deposition, and mediation preparation * From time to time, meet clients at one of our offices, check the post office box, and run necessary errands. **Experience** * Minimum of **four** **years** of legal experience handling personal injury cases * Associate degree preferred but not required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Adobe, and client management systems * Familiar with medical record portals such as ChartSwap, ChartSwap Insights, MRO, etc. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation If you are selected for an interview, we will contact you directly.
