The team moves fast, works with high ownership, and values people who bring analytical clarity, protocol curiosity, and the ability to turn data into decisions.The RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a global on-chain marketplace end to end. This is a 0 to 1 role at a protocol that already has the infrastructure, the TVL, and the institutional backing to go big. The person coming in will define the product strategy, shape the go-to-market approach, and drive adoption across a product category that is still being written.The profile we want is someone who has built in cross-border payments or PayFi, understands how money moves across borders at the infrastructure level, and is excited about bringing that into an on-chain environment. Crypto experience is a strong plus but not a hard requirement if the payments and fintech foundation is deep enough.Location: Remote, based in Europe, Dubai, or APACWhat You Will DoOwn the product strategy and roadmap for the company's yield tokenization and institutional credit marketplaceIdentify market opportunities across PayFi, RWAs, and stablecoins and translate them into actionable product initiativesDefine product requirements, specifications, and go-to-market strategies based on market needs and business objectivesWork closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to bring new products and features to marketDrive user adoption and ecosystem growth through effective product positioning and partnership strategyMonitor product performance and user feedback, and iterate continuously to improve outcomesStay ahead of developments in stablecoins, PayFi, TradFi, and on-chain credit markets and integrate relevant trends into the product roadmapRepresent the product in conversations with institutional partners, ecosystem collaborators, and key stakeholdersWhat You Bring to the Table7+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on payments, cross-border fintech, or financial infrastructureHands-on experience with PayFi, cross-border payment corridors, stablecoins, or RWAs, either as a builder or as a product ownerUnderstanding of how money moves across borders at the infrastructure level, including payment rails, settlement, compliance, and FXExposure to blockchain technology, DeFi, or crypto-native products is a strong plusStrong analytical skills and the ability to translate market insights into product strategy and measurable outcomesExperience working in a startup or high-growth environment where ownership and ambiguity are part of the jobExcellent communication skills and the ability to work across engineering, business, and regulatory contextsEntrepreneurial mindset with a track record of shipping products from concept to marketWhat You Will GetBase salary up to $150,000 annuallyGenerous token package on top of baseA full time role with a protocol that has $2.2B+ in TVL and backing from top-tier investorsDirect access to the founding team and real ownership over a product that is shaping a new category in DeFiWe work with companies that care about building respectful, inclusive teams where people can grow, contribute, and feel supported.
