**How to Apply — 3 Easy Steps**
**Step 1: Record a short sample (1–2 minutes).** Find the script for your language at the bottom of this posting and read it out loud, naturally — like a real phone call, not a performance. No need for special equipment, just a quiet room and your phone or computer mic. Native in more than one listed language? Record a separate sample for each.
**Step 2: Upload your recording to get a shareable link.** Name your file with your name and language (e.g., "Maria\_Spanish.mp3"), then pick whichever is easiest for you:
* Google Drive — upload the file, right\-click it, select "Share," then "Copy link." Make sure link sharing is turned on ("Anyone with the link can view").
* Dropbox — upload the file, click "Share," then "Copy link."
* WeTransfer (wetransfer.com) — no account needed. Just upload your file and it emails you a link instantly.
**Step 3: Paste your link and state your language.** When you apply, paste your link into the cover letter box or the question asking for your voice sample link. **On the first line, write the language you recorded** — for example: "Language: German – \[your link]". If you recorded more than one language, list each language with its own link. Applications that don't specify a language may not be reviewed. *(Note: Indeed doesn't support audio file attachments directly, which is why we're using a link instead — it only takes an extra minute a
