Job SummaryEach year, MedSchoolCoach supports thousands of pre-medical and medical students through their journeys to becoming successful medical school and residency applicants. Through a combination of expert advising, tutoring, and application support, our team works closely with students to help them navigate the competitive admissions process.The Student Support Auditor plays an important role in ensuring that students receive consistent, high-quality support across our advising and tutoring programs. This position focuses on reviewing student interactions, monitoring service quality, and identifying opportunities to improve the student experience.This is a part-time position (approximately 10 hours per week) with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining high standards of student support.ResponsibilitiesReview and audit student interactions across advising, tutoring, and support programs to ensure quality and consistencyEvaluate adherence to internal standards, processes, and best practices across student-facing servicesIdentify trends, issues, or opportunities to improve the student experience and communicate findings to leadershipProvide feedback and recommendations to improve advisor and tutor engagement with studentsMaintain accurate documentation of audits and evaluationsCollaborate with the Director of Operations and other team members to support continuous improvement initiativesAssist with monitoring service delivery to ensure students receive timely and effective supportPerform other duties consistent with the role as assigned by leadershipQualificationsStrong attention to detail and ability to evaluate processes objectivelyExcellent written communication and documentation skillsAbility to analyze interactions and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvementComfort working independently and managing a flexible workloadAbility to handle confidential information with discretionExperience working with educational services, tutoring programs, or advising environments preferredAbility to use common workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, email, and other communication platformsAvailability to commit approximately 10 hours per weekPosition Type This position is a part-time position with flexible work hours. Availability to commit approximately 10 hours per weekPosition is considered “non-exempt” under state and federal law pertaining to overtime, meal, and rest periods.
