We're se eking a **Senior Testing Analyst** to lead quality assurance efforts for enterprise applications supporting mission\-critical initiatives. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with cross\-functional teams, mentor fellow testers, and help drive software excellence from design through deployment. **What You'll Do** * Lead manual and automated testing for new applications, enhancements, and software upgrades. * Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks. * Expand automated test coverage for web applications and APIs. * Perform functional, regression, system, integration, load, and user acceptance testing. * Analyze performance testing results and coordinate defect resolution. * Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams in an Agile environment. * Establish QA standards, improve testing methodologies, and mentor junior team members. * Partner with third\-party vendors to validate application functionality and performance. **What You'll Bring** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). * 5\+ years of software testing/QA experience. * Hands\-on experience with automation tools such as **Katalon, TOSCA, or Selenium**. * Experience using **JIRA, Xray, or ALM** for test management. * Knowledge of Agile development, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), ETL testing, SQL, and API testing. * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. * U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a favorable DoD background investigation. **Preferred** * 7\+ years of QA experience. * Healthcare industry experience. * Enterprise test strategy development. * AngularJS and/or Java experience. \#Workwolf
