Remote Bookkeeper / Must Live in Phoenix

**About the Role:** We are hiring a highly organized and detail\-oriented Bookkeeper to process the daily flow of financial transactions. You will be a key player in ensuring our data is accurate and our internal teams are supported. This role requires someone who is organized, accurate, proactive, a clear communicator, with strong technical skills (QuickBooks Desktop, Google spreadsheets, and customer websites). **Key Responsibilities:** * **Accounts Payable:** Enter and pay vendor bills. * **Shipping Bills:** Pay shipping bills and add shipping to customer invoices. * **Expense Reports:** Process employee expense reports. * **Credit Card:** Enter credit card and match to receipts and expense reports. * **Customer Onboarding:** Set up new customers and assist with customer websites. * **Invoicing:** Generate invoices, resolve billing issues, credits etc. * **Reconciliation:** Assist with monthly reconciliations. * **Other Duties:** as assigned by the Controller. **Qualifications:** * **Experience:** 2\+ years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role. Accounting AA or BA preferred. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel is required. * **Problem\-Solving:** You enjoy resolving problems, and ensure data is accurate. * **Communication:** Communicate with team members to gather information in a professional and helpful manner. * **Other:** Must be very organized, self\-motivated, and be able to keep up with the pace of work. **Why Join Us?** CVMS Systems is a long\-standing company providing parts and service to the Aerospace industry.
