This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on students as they progress through their degree program. Responsibilities * Facilitate virtual,new student orientation activities, ensuring a smooth transition into the academic environment. Collaborate with university faculty and staff to foster early student engagement, build community, and promote long\-term academic success from the beginning of the degree program. * Engage students using an online LMS as they use a competency\-based approach to develop study skills in reading/critical thinking, scientific reasoning, and supportive learning content in nursing and health sciences. * Coach, mentor, encourage and monitor students closely as they follow timelines and meet benchmarks during their competency\-based progress during each 8\-week course. * Partner with academic leaders to develop strategies for success as areas of opportunity for students are identified and reported through extensive data
