Administrative Assistant **Company:** Acclivus **Location:** Fountain Hills / Remote / Hybrid **Employment Type:** Full\-Time Position Summary Acclivus is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail\-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and help ensure the smooth functioning of our growing organization. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, excels at managing multiple priorities, and takes initiative to solve problems before they arise. This role is critical in supporting leadership, coordinating administrative activities, and delivering a professional experience for clients, partners, and team members. Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support * Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for leadership and staff. * Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents. * Maintain organized filing systems, records, and company databases. * Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications. Office Coordination * Coordinate office operations and administrative processes. * Order and manage office supplies and equipment. * Assist with onboarding activities and employee support functions. * Schedule and coordinate internal meetings, events, and training sessions. Client \& Stakeholder Support * Serve as a professional first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners. * Assist with client communications, scheduling, and follow\-up activities. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation. Operational Assistance * Support project teams with administrative and logistical needs. * Track deadlines, action items, and project\-related documentation. * Assist with data entry, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. * Ensure confidentiality of sensitive business information. Qualifications * Associate's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered. * 2\+ years of administrative, office management, or executive support experience. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. * Strong organizational, time\-management, and multitasking abilities. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast\-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting executives or leadership teams. * Familiarity with CRM, project management, or business productivity software. * Experience in a consulting, professional services, technology, or business services environment.
