This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact through strategic communication and meticulous research. **Duties** * Research potential funding sources, including government agencies, foundations, and corporate donors, to identify suitable grant opportunities * Develop and write persuasive grant proposals, including detailed project descriptions, objectives, budgets, and supporting documentation * Manage grant application timelines and ensure all submissions meet deadlines and compliance requirements * Maintain and update databases such as Raiser's Edge to track funding prospects, submissions, and outcomes * Collaborate with program staff to gather necessary information for proposals and reports * Prepare detailed financial reports, progress updates, and post\-award documentation for funders * Proofread and edit proposals and reports to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with funder guidelines **Qualifications** * Proven experience in grant proposal writing with a strong portfolio of successful applications * Excellent research skills to identify new funding opportunities aligned with organizational goals * Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and technical documents * Familiarity with databases such as Raiser's Edge or similar CRM systems for tracking grants and donor information * Knowledge of contracts management, budgeting, financial report writing, and program development processes * Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into strategic proposals or reports * Exceptional proofreading and editing skills to ensure high\-quality submissions Join us in this rewarding role where your strategic thinking, meticulous research, and persuasive writing will directly contribute to advancing our mission.
