This is a frontline leadership role ideal for a high-energy sales leader who excels at coaching, forecasting, and executing in a fast-paced SaaS environment.You will be responsible for hiring, developing, and scaling a team that supports net-new acquisition and expansion within the identity security space.ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to exceed pipeline and revenue targetsConduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and call coaching sessionsFoster a high-performance, accountability-driven sales cultureRecruit, onboard, and ramp new team members effectivelyRevenue & Pipeline ExecutionOwn team quota, pipeline generation, and conversion metricsDrive outbound and inbound sales strategies aligned with company growth goalsPartner with field sales and channel teams to accelerate deal progressionMonitor KPIs including activity metrics, pipeline coverage, win rates, and forecast accuracySales Strategy & OperationsImplement scalable sales processes, cadences, and playbooksLeverage CRM (Salesforce) and sales engagement tools to track performance and optimize executionProvide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior leadershipIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities within the pipelineCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Marketing on campaign follow-up and lead conversionPartner with Sales Enablement to support training and ongoing skill developmentCollaborate with Product and Customer Success to align messaging and customer valueQualifications5+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience1–3 years of inside sales leadership or team lead experienceProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and pipeline targetsExperience managing KPI-driven sales environments and outbound motionsStrong coaching, mentoring, and performance management skillsProficiency with Salesforce, sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, etc.), and forecasting toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience in cybersecurity, identity security, or enterprise softwareExperience supporting mid-market and enterprise sales teamsBackground in building or scaling inside sales teams in a high-growth environmentKey CompetenciesData-driven decision makingStrong communication and executive presenceOperational rigor and forecasting disciplineGrowth mindset and continuous improvement focusCustomer-first approachCompany Description One Identity enables organizations of all sizes to better secure, manage, monitor, protect, and analyze information and infrastructure to help fuel innovation and drive their businesses forward.
