Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and organized Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative to join our remote sales team. Our company provides education, training, and support for Canadians who are interested in learning about real estate investing opportunities in the United States. This role focuses on communicating with inbound leads, qualifying prospective clients, and booking appointments for our sales team. This is a remote role for someone who is comfortable speaking with leads, following a structured process, maintaining accurate CRM notes, and helping prospective clients schedule calls with the appropriate team member. Responsibilities In this role, you will: * Respond to inbound leads who have requested more information * Follow up with prospective clients by phone, text, email, and/or CRM messaging * Ask basic qualifying questions to understand each prospect’s goals, timeline, and fit * Schedule qualified prospects for calls with our sales team * Confirm appointments and help reduce missed calls * Maintain accurate notes and updates inside the CRM * Follow company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines * Work with the sales team to improve booking rates, show\-up rates, and lead quality Qualifications The ideal candidate has: * Experience in appointment setting, sales development, customer service, inside sales, or lead follow\-up * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone * Strong organization and follow\-up skills * Ability to follow a structured process while still communicating naturally * Comfort using CRM software and online scheduling tools * A reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment * Availability during North American business hours Preferred Experience The following experience is helpful but not required: * Appointment setting for coaching, education, real estate, investing, or professional services * Experience with CRM tools such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms * Experience working in a remote sales environment * Familiarity with real estate investing or real estate education Compensation Compensation may include a base amount plus performance\-based bonuses or commission, depending on experience and role structure. Expected compensation range: $40,000–$90,000 per year, based on experience, hours, performance, and appointment quality. Final compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
