Join Clario, part of Thermofisher Scientific, as Clinical Project Manager and become responsible for leading and delivering clinical projects from start-up to close-out, ensuring high-quality execution, strong collaboration, and alignment with timelines and study requirements.What we offer:Competitive compensationAttractive benefits (security, flexibility, support and well-being)Engaging employee programsRemote working & home office allowanceOTP Szép CardWhat you'll be doingPlan and manage clinical projects, including timelines, milestones, and communication with stakeholdersCoordinate study start-up activities and ensure all required documentation is in placeTrack project progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to leadership, sponsors, and teamsManage project resources, including staffing, training, and cross-functional collaborationOversee financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, billing, and scope changesEnsure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines (GCP/ICH/FDA), and quality standardsCommunicate protocol updates and ensure all teams are alignedCoordinate data collection activities with internal teams, sites, and external partnersLead and support project teams by setting expectations, providing training, and driving performanceContribute to business development activities, including client meetings and presentationsSupport project close-out activities and ensure all deliverables are completedWhere applicable, supervise team members including coaching, performance feedback, and hiring supportContinuously look for ways to improve processes and team effectivenessWhat we look forBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in life sciences, healthcare, or a related fieldExperience in clinical research or clinical development, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical environmentBackground in project coordination or management of clinical trialsKnowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and FDA regulationsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teamsFinancial awareness, including budgeting and forecasting basicsProficiency with standard business and project management tools (e.g. Excel, Project)A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a professional and positive approachMedical imaging experience is an advantageAt Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
