Senior Asset Product Manager

MSPbots is on a mission to automate the future of MSP operations. We're looking for a Senior Asset Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of our client-facing assets—dashboards, widgets, bots, reports, and apps—that drive real, measurable value for our users.In this strategic and hands-on role, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that shape how our clients interact with data and automation, directly influencing outcomes like retention, ROI, and customer satisfaction.Work Setup: Remote, Semi-Flexible, Monday–Friday from 4 PM to 1 AM PHT (3 AM–12 PM CDT)Fixed Rest Days: Sat–SunLocation: Philippine-based onlyWhat You’ll DoAsset Strategy & ExecutionDefine and lead the roadmap for new and existing assetsAlign asset development with company vision and client needsPresent updates, results, and plans to internal stakeholders and client-facing teamsUser Research & Product DesignConduct interviews and surveys, then analyze data to uncover real user needsTranslate insights into requirements and user storiesCollaborate with analysts and engineers to prototype and iterate rapidlyAdvocate for the client at every stage of developmentLifecycle Ownership & OptimizationManage assets from ideation through launch and iterationEnsure high standards of performance, usability, and documentationTrack KPIs (usage, adoption, client feedback) and use data to drive improvementsGo-to-Market & EnablementWork with marketing and CS teams to develop onboarding guides, demos, and training contentSupport launch communications, user education, and internal rolloutWhat We’re Looking For5+ years in product management, ideally with SaaS, analytics, or MSP-related productsSkilled in user research and translating needs into high-impact assetsStrong communicator and presenter—comfortable with executive and client-facing discussionsExperience working in Agile product teamsAnalytical mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvementFamiliarity with tools like Jira, UserPilot, BI/analytics platformsBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fieldWhat’s in It for YouCompetitive salary and performance-based growthHMO reimbursement: $100/monthLife Insurance: $20/monthDental: $20/month | Vision: $4/month15 PTO days per year (convertible to cash if unused!)Training/Development Reimbursement: Up to $30Paid US HolidaysReady to Build Game-Changing Products for MSPs?
