You will gain hands‑on experience, meaningful client exposure, and insight into what it takes to support and grow a successful advisory practice—all while developing the foundation for an entrepreneurially driven career path. **What You’ll Be Doing** As a Financial Professional Advisor, you will build trusted relationships with clients by delivering value through meaningful, proactive engagement: * Proactively connect with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide timely support and guidance * Serve as a single point of contact, coordinating Equitable’s full range of resources to address client needs efficiently and effectively * Act as a trusted resource to answer questions about existing products, reinforce client confidence, and validate investment decisions * Identify new opportunities in partnership with clients as their financial goals, priorities, and life circumstances evolve * Assist clients with initiating and completing transactions, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and positive experience **This position offers a remote work schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding, customer‑focused service during our core hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST). Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.** The base salary for this position is $47,500\. This role is eligible for variable compensation. Equitable Pay and Benefits: Equitable Total Rewards Program **What You Will Bring** Required Qualifications * A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience that demonstrates a strong foundation in client engagement, sales, and financial services * Active FINRA licenses, including Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 registrations ***OR*** ability to obtain within 180 days of employment * Life Insurance license ***OR*** ability to obtain within 30 days of employment * 2\+ years of proven sales experience, with a track record of building relationships, driving results, and delivering value in a client‑focused environment Preferred Qualification
