Rothman Health Solutions is looking for an exceptional Wellness Coordinator who combines outstanding administrative skills with critical thinking, emotional intelligence, enthusiasm, heart, resourcefulness, and a genuine passion for helping people become the healthiest version of themselves. This isn't a traditional administrative job where you simply wait for someone to give you a task. We need someone who thinks fast on their feet, anticipates, communicates, and takes ownership. You'll coordinate a fast\-moving calendar, manage important communications, support our CEO, assist with webinars and events, coordinate member onboarding and payments, follow up with prospective and current members, and help create an extraordinary customer experience at every interaction. Most importantly, you'll often be the person helping someone move through an obstacle, whether it's getting their spouse to their consultation or overcoming doubts in their decision making to take that leap to invest in themselves. That requires knowing how to listen with compassion while still encouraging accountability. It means remaining calm when a member is frustrated, finding solutions when something doesn't go according to plan, and recognizing when someone needs encouragement, clarity, a next step—or simply someone who won't let an excuse become the reason they give up on themselves.
