You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client. REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES Highly Proficient Communicator: Strong spoken and written English communication skills.Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Ensures precision when handling orders and data.Problem-Solver & Analytical: Able to identify issues and provide effective solutions.Organized & Time-Efficient: Strong time management and prioritization skills.Collaborative & Adaptable: Works well within a team and adapts to changing tasks and priorities.WHAT YOU WILL DO Process all orders coming in via the inbox or emailed directly to you from a member of inside sales.Process EDI (electronic data interchange) Import and Failed orders via OracleRelay all questions regarding orders to your designated inside sales rep (pricing, questions on products, expired quotes, etc.).Maintain accurate notes on pending orders in Oracle.Maintain product knowledge, familiarity with products and catalog, and memorization of part numbers, ODs, etc.Verify customer pricing on orders against company-issued quotations.Request and implement part numbers and special pricing into Oracle.Coordinate orders and ship dates with various departments and keep track of and follow up on all late orders.Attend weekly/monthly meetings as assigned or required.Prepare invoice error report for accountingOther duties and responsibilities analogous to the foregoing.WHAT WE LOOK FOR Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.Experience: 1-3 years of Sales, Customer, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience.Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours. Technical Skills:Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)Proficient with Google suite (Google sheets, Gmail, etc.)Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite)Basic Excel skills are required; knowledge of pivot tables or intermediate skills will be helpful.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters.Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred.Proven ability to provide outstanding client service.WHAT WE OFFERSalary Range: PHP 30,000 - 35,000Industry: Waterworks (Pipe Products Manufacturer)Job Type: Full-time Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (US) Workdays: Monday through Friday (US) BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH USIndustry-leading salary packages.Permanent work-from-home setup.Company equipment provided.
