We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious freelance recruiter to join our international team and help connect candidates with exciting job opportunities abroad.About the RoleAs a Danish-speaking International Freelance Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in our international recruitment projects. This is a remote freelance position with a strong focus on performance and independence.During your first three months, you’ll receive a paid onboarding and training period, where you’ll get hands-on guidance, tools, and support while learning our processes and building your candidate pipeline. After this period, the role continues on a commission basis – with no earning cap.You should be comfortable dedicating around 30–40 hours per week, as success in this role depends on consistency and commitment. ResponsibilitiesSource and headhunt Danish-speaking candidates for roles abroadSource and headhunt candidates in English for various language-based rolesScreen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitabilityMaintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment processCollaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and job profilesManage your own pipeline and work proactively to fill open rolesFollow up with candidates after placement to ensure smooth onboardingRequirementsFluent in Danish (native or near-native level) and proficient in EnglishPrevious experience in recruitment (agency or international setting preferred)Comfortable working in a freelance, commission-based environmentSkilled in sourcing and headhunting (especially via LinkedIn and social media)Self-driven, organised, and able to work independentlyPassionate about helping people take the leap to work abroadBenefitsPaid onboarding period (first 3 months) – learn, grow, and earn while trainingUncapped commission after the initial period – your effort defines your incomeFull flexibility – work remotely from anywhereSupportive and collaborative international teamA meaningful role helping others start their journey abroadOpportunity for long-term collaboration Ready to join us?If you’re ambitious, structured, and ready to take charge of your own success – we’d love to hear from you!Originally posted on Himalayas
