Please do not apply if you have only intermediate English.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and scale infrastructure for AI agents using LiveKit and other real-time frameworksConfigure and manage cloud-based infrastructure based not restricted to AWS for web and mobile applicationsImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automated testingAutomate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of real-time applicationsEstablish and maintain observability systems including logging, monitoring, metrics collection, and alertingEnsure system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response planningParticipate in daily standups with teammates and weekly demos with clientsCollaborate with development teams to optimize build processes and deployment strategiesAssist in maintaining security best practices across infrastructure and application deploymentsTechnical QualificationsExperience deploying and operating LiveKit (self-hosted or Cloud) to support AI agent workloads3+ years of experience building and operating WebRTC infrastructure, including media server deployment, TURN/STUN configuration, and real-time connectivity troubleshooting3+ years of hands-on experience implementing DevOps practices in cloud environments, with a strong focus on CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Terraform, and AnsibleProficient with REST APIs, Webhooks, Docker/Kubernetes, and IaaS platforms in AWS and at least one of the following: Google Cloud, AzureStrong experience in containerization, orchestration, and automation using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AnsibleExperience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch, Datadog) and setting up logging, monitoring, and alertsSolid understanding of database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL) and data storage solutions (S3, EBS)Strong knowledge of networking principles and protocols, including OSI layers, TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceGeneral QualificationsFluent English (B2+), both written and spokenProactive, professional, respectful, and courteous communicationAn entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative and resourcefulness to quickly identify problems, overcome challenges, and provide timely solutionsExperience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologiesAbility to work remotely with headset/camera equipment, responsive during working hours, a quiet place to work and reliable internet connectionOriginally posted on Himalayas
