Bookkeeper & Payroll Accountant

We are seeking a detail\-oriented Bookkeeper \& Payroll Accountant to manage the financial operations of our organization. This role is responsible for reconciling accounts, processing payroll and maintaining accurate financial records on an ongoing monthly basis. The ideal candidate will handle contractor invoicing, track expenses and income, generate operational reports through Mindbody and support annual tax filing requirements. The right candidate is organized, discreet with sensitive financial information, and comfortable working across multiple software platforms. **Responsibilities include:** * Reconcile QuickBooks * Run Payroll through QuickBooks \& Paychex * Attend Weekly meetings with HR Team and Management * Update Quarterly Financial Records on a monthly basis * Invoice Contractors * Run reports through Mindbody * Track Expenses and Income * Liaise with Staff as needed * Prep materials for CPA to review and submit * File Worker's Comp Documents * File annual tax documents **Skills** * Proven experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks or similar software. * Strong knowledge of corporate accounting practices. * Expertise in payroll processing, including payroll taxes and compliance requirements. * Familiarity with GAAP standards and general ledger accounting. * Ability to perform bank reconciliations, account analysis and account reconciliation. * Strong attention to detail. * Effective communication skills.
