Job Description

The Senior Inside Sales Manager is responsible for building, leading, and scaling Experian's newly formed Inside Sales organization. You will own team revenue performance, pipeline generation, sales execution discipline, and operational infrastructure across a high-velocity, quota-carrying AE team.You will establish the operating cadence, coaching model, performance standards, and reporting rigor required to drive predictable revenue in a 2–4 month sales cycle environment.
