Asset Management Analyst

The Nautilus Solar Energy (NSE) Asset Management Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Asset Management team with ensuring project compliance including but not limited to land lease oversight, property tax management, stakeholder reporting, SREC administration, financial due diligence, and incentive management. This full-time position will report to the Senior Asset Manager. All NSE employees have the option of working remotely; however, travel for semiannual in-person meetings is required.ResponsibilitiesSupport Asset Management Team with the following:Project ComplianceAssist with fulfilling site control contract obligations.Enter bills in NetSuite and verify timely payment.Support the administration of SREC, incentive, and property tax requirements.Participate in virtual meetings as scheduled (during work hours).Assist with maintaining positive relationships with contract counterparties.Additional assignments as needed.Insurance & BondingEnter bills from bond and insurance agents in NetSuite and verify timely payment.Support insurance binding.CorporateFollow existing standard operating procedures and assist with the documentation and refinement of Asset Management workflows.Support intercompany agreement requirements.Support financial due diligence.Special projects as needed.RequirementsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with both internal and external partiesEager to learn new tasks and softwareComfortable working independently in support of the team in an often fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentExperience managing complex tasks and completing assignments on timeWillingness to take the lead on researching varied topicsUnrestricted authorization to work in the U.S.BenefitsCompetitive Salary $75,000-$85,000Annual Performance Bonus Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, Basic Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability) are 100% covered by Nautilus 401k offered with employer matchOriginally posted on Himalayas
