We prioritize people who can do this successfully!Sales Development Representative (Home Services)Client Industry: Kitchen & Bath Remodeling (Home Services Franchise) Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:1.Prospecting & Outreach: Build lead lists, conduct cold calls/emails, and initiate conversations to qualify interest. 2. Lead Qualification: Use structured questions to assess fit, identify ideal prospects, and update CRM statuses. 3. Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings for the sales team, send invites, and ensure attendance. 4. Pipeline Management: Keep CRM updated with notes, follow-ups, stages, and deal progress to prevent leads from going cold. 5. Follow-Ups: Execute call/email sequences to nurture prospects not yet ready to convert. 6. Reporting: Track and report calls, emails, qualified leads, appointments, and conversion metrics.7. Ad hoc tasksQualifications:Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course. Proven experience with Home Services/HVAC industry.
