If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is the place for you.As a Salesforce Architect focused on Agentforce, you will be responsible for building compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users and delivering impactful business value to our clients. You'll have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented AI team to delight customers. This position is focused on architecting and executing technical solutions for Agentforce and related-technologies.You will have the opportunity to:Lead and own the technical solution design. This includes designing and understanding the complete Agentforce solution which includes topics, instructions, actions with corresponding automation/code, agent deployment methods, and supporting data structures.Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents, finding novel solutions to drive business outcomes.Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers and UX Designers to translate business needs into well-architected solutionsOversee and contribute to all stages of the project lifecycle—from initial design through development, testing, and final deploymentFollow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilitiesRequired Qualifications:6+ years of experience in application and software development4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development roleBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldProficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of modern coding languages (e.g. Python, Java, C#)Experience developing Salesforce technologies including Flows, Lightning Web Components, or VisualforceUnderstanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS)Strong communication skills; the ability to convey complex technical details to all audiencesExperience with using source control and branching/pull requests strategiesFamiliarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principlesPreferred Skills:Experience working with Agentic AI Systems and Generative AI capabilitiesAny additional Salesforce certifications are a plus, preferably Platform Developer II or Agentforce Specialist certifications What can you expect in the interview process?Recruiter screen (phone) - 30 minutesIntroductory conversation to discuss the role and your experiencePanel Interview with Real-Time Exercise (Video) - 60 minutesThe call will be split into two parts:You’ll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options and live on the spot (no offline preparation required)You’ll get some time to interact with NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture delivery team membersOrganization lead interview (Video) - 45 minutes You’ll talk through your career goals and relevant work examplesYou’ll discuss challenges you have overcome and the tools you used to get thereLeadership interview (Video) - 45 minutes You’ll meet with a member of our leadership teamCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
