Join us in building the future.The RoleThe Senior Manager, Portfolio & Risk Management – AGT (Accelerate Growth Team) Poland Site Lead is a senior people leader within AGT’s Transformation Office, responsible for building and leading a team of 3 professionals while also serving as the AGT leadership representative in Poland.This role functions as a single portfolio hub for investment, capacity, and risk oversight across AGT transformation initiatives, enabling outcome‑based, end‑to‑end portfolio ownership that simplifies decisions, accelerates execution, and maximizes value realization.This exceptional role offers an opportunity for an ambitious professional to experience working in a global technology company headquartered in the USA, while being part of a Polish-based team, with 11am to 7pm or 12pm to 8pm CET working hours. By combining portfolio leadership with formal site ownership, this position ensures AGT initiatives are executed as a coordinated investment portfolio, while also establishing a strong, sustainable AGT presence in Poland that supports long‑term growth and value realization.The Main ResponsibilitiesPeople Leadership & Team Development Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing team of 3 Portfolio & Risk Management individual contributors. Set clear priorities, performance expectations, and quality standards aligned to AGT portfolio outcomes. Coach team members to strengthen portfolio thinking, analytical rigor, and executive communication. Establish clear roles, RACIs, and operating rhythms to enable scalable, repeatable portfolio management. Manage hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development for the team. Transformation Portfolio Ownership Lead portfolio‑level oversight of AGT transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, workforce capacity, and investment guardrails. Drive the shift from activity‑based execution to outcome‑based portfolio ownership across AGT. Oversee initiative sequencing, dependency management, and cross‑portfolio trade‑off analysis. Ensure consistent application of portfolio standards, methodologies, and governance practices. Initiatives Portfolio Management Oversee initiatives portfolio monitoring, including trends, risks, and countermeasures, as well as productivity trends, and cost‑to‑serve outcomes. Guide short‑ and long‑term modeling (STB / LTO), including workforce, service‑level, and ROI impacts. Enable leadership decisions by balancing cost efficiency, capability depth, execution risk, and value realization. Risk Management & Execution Assurance Own the portfolio‑level risk management framework for AGT transformation initiatives. Ensure consistent identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation of delivery, workforce, and execution risks. Lead the team in surfacing systemic risks, interdependencies, and capacity constraints early. Reduce fragmentation and execution risk through standardized orchestration and governance. Workforce & Capacity Analytics Oversee workforce analytics, productivity trends, and workforce coverage efficiency (including CTS analysis). Ensure workforce transitions and location strategies are planned and sequenced as part of a single, integrated AGT workforce strategy. Partner closely with Workforce Transformation and COE teams to align portfolio insights with execution plans. Executive ROB Support Own AGT TO portfolio reporting, including MBR inputs, operational templates, and executive‑level dashboards. Review and quality‑assure all portfolio and risk materials produced by the team. Translate complex portfolio data into clear, decision‑ready insights and recommendations. Support executive governance forums with scenario analysis and portfolio trade‑off options.
