The roles offered may be on-site, remote, or hybrid, in collaboration with our local partner.About the RoleWe are building an institutional OTC sales team serving professional and high-volume crypto clients. As an OTC Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new OTC opportunities and play a key role in qualifying demand and supporting the Institutional Sales team.This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to institutional crypto trading and a clear path toward senior sales responsibilities.Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential OTC clients across assigned regions and channelsConduct initial discovery to understand client background, trading needs, and settlement preferencesPrepare structured client profiles and support onboarding readinessCoordinate handovers and support Institutional Sales throughout early-stage engagementsMaintain accurate records in CRM and internal systemsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth progression from lead to active clientRequirement:1–3 years of experience in sales development, fintech, payments, or cryptoStrong communication skills and commercial awarenessComfortable speaking with professional and institutional clientsDetail-oriented, organized, and reliableMotivated, curious, and eager to grow in the institutional crypto spaceNice to HavesExposure to real OTC trading flows and institutional clientsLearn directly from an experienced Institutional Sales teamClear development path within a growing crypto exchangeFast-moving, international environment with strong learning opportunitiesPerks & BenefitsCompetitive total compensation packageVarious team-building programs and company eventsAnd many more!
