Senior Sales Executive
**Location:** Remote (U.S. only)
**Compensation:** $2,000 to $4,000/month Base \+ Uncapped Commission (10–20%)
**Expected Earnings:** $100,000–$200,000\+ annually

This position supports two growing companies and offers the opportunity to become one of the first key leaders responsible for building and scaling our sales department.
Position Overview
This is a full\-cycle sales position responsible for managing prospects from initial outreach through signed agreement.
You'll work directly with ownership to improve our sales process, follow up with inbound opportunities, generate outbound business, conduct discovery calls, present proposals, negotiate agreements, and consistently close new clients.
As the company grows, you'll have the opportunity to become our Head of Sales and help build, train, and lead a high\-performing sales organization.
Responsibilities
* Follow up with inbound leads within minutes through phone, SMS, email, and CRM workflows
* Prospect new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, reactivation campaigns, and email outreach
* Qualify prospects and identify decision makers
* Conduct professional discovery calls and virtual sales meetings
* Build trust and uncover client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities
* Present custom website development, SEO, digital marketing, and business growth solutions
* Present and explain proposals with confidence
* Negotiate pricing and overcome objections professionally
* Close new business while maintaining exceptional customer experience
* Consistently manage and update the CRM with accurate notes and follow\-up tasks
* Maintain an organized sales pipeline from first contact through signed agreement
* Reactivate previous leads and maintain long\-term follow\-up campaigns
* Coordinate smooth client handoffs to our fulfillment team after closing
* Collaborate with ownership to improve scripts, processes, offers, and closing rates
* Track personal KPIs including calls, appointments, proposals, close rate, and revenue
* Help build and improve our future sales department as the company continues to expand
Qualifications
* 3\+ years of B2B sales experience preferred
* Proven history of consistently closing high\-ticket products or services
* Comfortable selling solutions ranging from **$1,000 to $10,000\+**
* Strong phone presence and excellent verbal communication
* Experience conducting Zoom or virtual sales presentations
* CRM experience
