**Part\-Time Business Operations \& Compliance Assistant (Remote)** 1099 Role **Pay:** Starting at $19/hour DOE (Depending on Experience) **Schedule:** Part\-Time (Flexible Hours) **Location:** Remote **About the Role** We are seeking a detail\-oriented and organized **Business Operations \& Compliance Assistant** to support our internal team with client onboarding, business filings, and light accounting tasks. This role works closely with leadership, including the COO and Operations Manager, and plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly. **Key Responsibilities** **Client Onboarding \& Compliance** * Collect and verify client information for business setup * Assist with forming LLCs and S\-Corporations * File and manage reseller certificates * Ensure all documentation is accurate and complete * Maintain organized client records and files **Administrative \& Operations Support** * Assist COO and Operations Manager with day\-to\-day tasks * Track and manage client setup progress * Communicate with clients as needed for missing information * Help maintain internal SOPs and documentation **Accounting Support** * Assist with basic accounting\-related tasks * Support invoice tracking and data entry * Coordinate with accounting team on client setups **Qualifications** * Experience with LLC formation, S\-Corp setup, or reseller certificates preferred * Strong attention to detail and organization * Ability to handle sensitive information professionally * Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, remote environment * Experience with Google Workspace, Excel, or CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus) * Self\-starter who can work independently **Nice to Have (Not Required)** * Background in accounting, bookkeeping, or business administration * Experience working with eCommerce or digital service companies * Familiarity with compliance or legal documentation **Why Join Us?** * Flexible, remote work environment * Opportunity to grow into a larger operations or compliance role * Work directly with leadership and gain hands\-on experience Pay: $19\.00 \- $22\.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: Remote
