The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About the Role:The Benefits Manager will be responsible for leading the design, implementation and day-to-day management and compliance of CrowdStrike’s health, risk, retirement, perks and allowances, and time-off programs for the Latin America region. You will be the Benefits partner and subject matter expert for HR Business Partners, Regional Senior Leaders and employees. This role reports to the Director of Global Benefits.What You’ll Do:Strategic Program ManagementLead the design, policy development, vendor selection, and implementation of competitive benefits programs to support regional expansion Evaluate current benefits policies and programs and develop recommendations to ensure programs are competitive, align with CrowdStrike's benefits philosophy, comply with local regulations, and are scalableStay current on legislative and market trends and practices, and recommend changes as neededEffectively communicate with employees and leaders to ensure benefit programs are fully understood and appropriately valuedManage relationships and contracts with benefits brokers, carriers, and plan vendorsLATAM Benefits ProgramsManage and administer LATAM benefits programs including health, risk, retirement, time-off, and perks/allowance programsLead the annual benefits renewal process and educate employees on program changes/utilizationPartner with local HR Business Partner on new group benefit plans or changes, as needed, to support business initiativesEnsure adherence to country-specific regulations and reporting requirementsOperational ExcellenceWork closely with internal partners to build out benefits program and time-off tracking in WorkdayParticipate in the annual budgeting process and track provider and program costs with the Finance teamReview and approve benefits invoices to ensure timely paymentIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities leveraging Workday and other HR technologies to streamline benefits administration, communication and reportingCreate reporting dashboards to track regional benefits costs and utilization, delivering actionable insights for internal partnersSupport M&A HR activities for any due diligence and/or integration activities as neededSupport special projects as neededWhat You’ll Need:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field8+ years of progressive experience managing international benefits administration, focusing on LATAMStrong knowledge of benefits regulations across Latin American countriesExperience developing and delivering employee education programsExperience with mergers and acquisitions in the benefits contextTechnology industry experience is a plusProficiency with Workday is a plusCore CompetenciesProject Management: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet critical deadlinesCommunication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills to all levels of the organizationRelationship Building: Demonstrated success building trusted partnerships across all organizational levels, both internally and with external vendorsAdaptability: Ability to reprioritize effectively and perform under pressure while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentConfidentiality: Experience handling sensitive and confidential employee data with the highest level of discretion and integrityLanguage: Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese highly desirableBenefits of Working at CrowdStrike: Market leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programsCompetitive vacation and holidays for rechargePaid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or roleEmployee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globe CrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
