This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing comprehensive human resources functions in a fast\-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement human capital management strategies that support organizational growth and employee engagement. * Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, HR sourcing, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) management, and onboarding processes such as employee orientation. * Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, conducting employee evaluations, and facilitating conflict management initiatives. * Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment \& labor law regulations including OSHA standards. * Lead change management projects related to organizational design, workforce management, and strategic planning initiatives. * Ensure accurate data collection and entry within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM; utilize tools such as Paychex, UltiPro, or ADP for payroll processing. * Coordinate training \& development programs to enhance employee skills; support succession planning and affirmative action planning efforts. * Drive performance management processes through regular employee evaluations and feedback sessions; utilize social media management for employer branding when appropriate. **Experience** * Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices. * Demonstrated expertise in employment \& labor law compliance, OSHA regulations, and workers' compensation procedures. * Extensive background in talent acquisition strategies including recruiting, ATS utilization, and onboarding procedures. * Skilled in project management with the ability to lead change initiatives effectively across departments. * Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft or Oracle HCM; experience with payroll systems like Paychex or UltiPro is preferred. * Strong communication skills with the ability to manage employee relations and conflict resolution confidently. * Knowledge of benefits administration processes including health insurance plans, retirement plans, and leave policies such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act).
