Digital Marketing Assistant

Pink Paradigm is hiring a motivated, detail\-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our growing client roster and help make more marketing magic. This is a remote, entry\-level position with flexible hours and full training provided. We’re looking for someone reliable, curious, and eager to grow into a broader marketing operations and leadership role. What You'll Do **Content Coordination** * Proofread, format, and implement web copy and perform onsite SEO **Web and Technical Support** * Make simple updates on WordPress and Squarespace sites (with guidance) * Monitor site health and flag technical issues like broken links or outdated plugins * Support minor UX improvements **AI and Workflow Automation** * Learn to use AI and automation tools to streamline internal processes * Help map and test systems for automation and task management * Contribute to internal documentation and SOPs **Social Media Strategy \& Planning** * Organize and track monthly content approvals and assets * Monitor social trends and suggest ideas for client campaigns * Ensure business listings and online profiles remain updated and accurate **What We're Looking For** * Sharp eye for detail, grammar, and formatting * Excellent written communication * Naturally organized and able to build and follow systems * Curious about AI and marketing technology * Comfortable working in remote, async environments * Self\-motivated with a desire to grow into a leadership role Role Details * **Part\-Time**: 20 to 30 hours per week * **Pay**: $18 to $25 per hour, depending on experience and availability * **Remote**: Work from anywhere, flexible schedule * **Growth Track**: Potential to grow into a full\-time role with expanded responsibilities **How to Apply** Send your resume and include a cover letter including: * Why you're interested in this role * Something you're excited to learn in digital marketing * Your favorite *pink* hex color code Only applicants who include a cover letter will be considered.
