This requires understanding business constraints across compliance, legal, sales, finance, and privacy, as well as maintaining a deep understanding of users, partners, market dynamics, and competitive disadvantages. At Mercuryo, a product lead acts as a mini‑CEO. The day‑to‑day focus is setting a clear product strategy and direction, and continuously aligning the team around it.
