Category: Architecture & Construction Location: Estimator (Construction / Steel Builds) – Dayshift, Remote Full-Time | Work From Home | AUSTRALIA Client Reporting Line Reports directly to the Sales Manager Employment Details Full-Time Role Remote (Philippines-based candidates preferred) About the Role We’re looking for a detail-driven and commercially aware Estimator to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in the sales process—producing accurate, timely quotations and supporting tender submissions to help win new business. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining technical construction knowledge + numbers + problem-solving, while working closely with sales and design teams. What You’ll Be Doing1. Estimation & Quoting Prepare accurate and timely quotations aligned with agreed turnaround times Review project requirements and generate cost estimates (materials, labor, size, location) Handle requotes and revisions in collaboration with the sales team Support tender and proposal submissions 2. Commercial & Technical Analysis Assess project scope using construction knowledge and practical judgment Identify cost risks, gaps, and opportunities in each quote Apply logical sequencing and structured thinking to estimation 3. Process & Performance Improvement Help improve estimation workflows using lean and efficient processes Maintain strong documentation and consistent estimation standards Use Excel and tools to streamline pricing accuracy and speed 4.
