We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You will play a key role in driving traffic, increasing engagement, and generating leads for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client goalsManage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)Execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance trackingCreate and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automationAnalyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insightsManage social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagementCollaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to deliver cohesive campaignsConduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and campaign effectivenessStay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practicesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)2–4 years of experience in digital marketingProven experience managing paid media campaigns and SEO projectsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performanceFamiliarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in an agency environmentKnowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)Basic understanding of HTML/CSSExperience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniquesWhat We OfferFully remote work environment with flexible hoursCompetitive salary based on experienceOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCollaborative and supportive team cultureAccess to the latest tools and technologies in digital marketingHow to Apply
