WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ONDesign and produce various types of graphics, ensuring consistency with brand and style guidelinesCreate visual elements such as icons and illustrations that align with brand guidelinesUse graphic design software and tools to develop high-quality designs that meet technical specificationsEnsure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brandCollaborate with the other team members to understand project requirements and objectivesIncorporate feedback and make revisions as neededStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLEAt least 2 years of professional experience as a Designer / Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role in fintech or high-risk industriesConfident level in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere ProKnowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniquesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and a keen eye for aestheticsFluent russian and at least intermediate level of English.
