HPC Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a HPC Engineer for an initial 6 month contract with a high chance of extension. You will be working with a motorsport team during a critical phase of their HPC optimization.Responsibilities:Work within a heavily DevOps focused environmentAct as a mentor for Linux, Automation & HPC topics for the wider IT teamOversee project management, planning and development of multiple HPC clustered environmentsMaintain and support our monitoring and observability platformsTroubleshooting software / system issues on a wide range of HPC and Infrastructure platformsBroad exposure to Slurm is essential.Experience Required:Strong experience of supporting a wide range of FOSS toolsProven experience with Linux Server EnvironmentsExperience of administering and supporting alerting and monitoring toolsStrong Networking experience (TCP/IP Subnetting, Routing, DHCP, DNS)=The client are very keen to get someone started on this project.
