We are seeking a Culture Ambassador & Executive Assistant to the CEO who will take ownership of building and maintaining a connected, engaged, and positive company culture while also providing executive support. This person will report directly to our CEO and will work closely with our Finance/HR Coordinator.This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.If you have the right skill set, this may be your opportunity to enter this fast-growing organization.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Culture AmbassadorLead and evolve company culture initiatives for a fully hybrid teamPlan and host virtual team-building activities, celebrations, and recognition momentsCreate strong connections between New York and Philippines team membersReinforce company values through communication, rituals, and shared experiencesSupport onboarding and employee engagement initiativesPartner closely with the Finance/HR Coordinator on employee experience and engagementExecutive Assistant to the CEOProvide administrative and operational support to the CEOManage calendars, priorities, reminders, and follow-upsCoordinate internal communication across time zonesPrepare proposals and internal documents in e-Manage (OFH proprietary ERP)Comfortable calculating gross profit/margins and vendor discountsTrack action items, deadlines, and accountabilityLinkedIn & Brand SupportAssist with CEO on company LinkedIn content drafting and organizationHelp share team wins, culture moments, and company milestonesSupport a consistent, professional brand voiceQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of relevant experience in culture, operations, executive assistance, or coordination rolesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational skills, with a high level of discretion and attention to detailProven ability to work closely and professionally with senior leadershipDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn and navigate internal systems such as e-ManageOriginally posted on Himalayas
