As a New Business Sales Executive, you will focus on generating and closing net-new opportunities for CaseMap litigation solutions. This is a quota-carrying, hunter-oriented role where you will build pipeline, lead consultative sales conversations, and deliver tailored demonstrations to legal professionals. You will engage with a wide range of stakeholders and drive measurable revenue impact through new business acquisition.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect new customers across law firms, corporate legal departments, and litigation-focused organizationsCreate demand and build a robust pipeline of net-new sales opportunitiesManage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through closeConduct consultative discovery to understand client litigation workflows and needsDeliver tailored demonstrations of CaseMap and related solutionsBuild compelling business cases that align solutions to client outcomesNavigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processesMeet or exceed new business revenue targetsRequirementsExperience in legal technology sales or hands-on litigation roles such as litigation manager, senior litigation paralegal, litigation case manager, litigation support manager, or trial support professionalUnderstanding of complex litigation workflows and processesAbility to engage credibly with attorneys, litigation support teams, and legal operations stakeholdersExperience with CaseMap, TimeMap, TextMap, Sanction, eDiscovery platforms, or similar legal SaaS solutionsStrong prospecting and pipeline development skillsAbility to deliver consultative, solution-oriented sales experiencesResilience, proactivity, and a results-driven mindsetStrong communication and relationship-building capabilitiesWork in a Way that Works for You
