Bookkeeper / Accountant

Part\-Time Bookkeeper / Accountant (Remote) We are a growing small business seeking a Bookkeeper or Accountant to join our team. This is a remote, part\-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full\-time role as the company continues to expand. Hours will vary throughout the year, with additional availability needed during the summer and fall. During those busier seasons, the ideal candidate would be available to work 30\+ hours per week. What We’re Looking For * At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience, or a degree in accounting * Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills * A solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping functions * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision after training * Responsive and available during normal business hours, even with a flexible schedule * Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel preferred We care most about how you approach problems, stay organized, and take ownership of your work.
