This role involves reaching out to potential clients, generating qualified leads, and nurturing prospects through effective communication and follow-up. The ideal candidate is confident, articulate, and able to engage prospects to create interest in our products/services.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote company products/services.Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through phone calls, emails, and other outreach methods.Send well-written follow-up emails with relevant info sheets and supporting materials.Keep detailed and organized records of outreach activities, responses, and scheduled appointments.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.Identify decision-makers and gather relevant information to support the sales pipeline.Schedule appointments for the sales teamFollow up with warm leads and re-engage inactive prospects.Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.Successfully set appointments for qualified prospects.Qualifications:Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or sales (preferably in a B2B environment).Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident phone presence.Strong interpersonal and customer engagement skills.Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, persistent attitude.Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.IMPORTANT NOTE:As part of our screening process, please take and complete theAptive Index Assessmentthrough thisLINK.
