This role is ideal for CNAs looking for a more structured schedule and an opportunity to work closely with healthcare providers while supporting residents through innovative monitoring and telehealth programs. Unlike traditional floor CNA positions, this role focuses on collecting vital signs, supporting telehealth visits, and assisting residents enrolled in our RPM program. There is **no heavy lifting or extensive direct\-care assignment load**, allowing you to focus on resident engagement, monitoring, and quality care support.
