So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.What you’ll be doing:Oversee ways of working via task management software and productivity tools, driving accountability cross-channel for project deliveryPartner on process development with the Client delivery teams and Clients, owning roadmaps and workback schedules for tech-stack onboarding as well as planning cycles or key initiatives, as neededOwn administrative tasks, such as meeting scheduling, note-taking and meeting recaps, coordination with third-party vendors, team hub and process documentation, new member onboardingGuide building cross-functional decks, occasionally supporting on presentationsRequirements:Minimum 3-4 years of project management experience, preferably at digital agencyProficient in project management softwares (e.g., Jira, Wrike, Asana) and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).Exemplary organization skills with the ability to drive and prioritize multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong oral and written communication to engage with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines and leadership levelsDetail-oriented and methodical with the ability to adapt to changing scope, deadlines, and prioritiesThe hiring salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
