Order Management Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about supply chain excellence and eager to contribute to a fast\-paced, innovative environment. **Responsibilities** * Manage end\-to\-end order processing, including order entry, validation, and tracking using ERP systems and warehouse management systems. * Coordinate with procurement, sourcing, and vendor management teams to ensure timely availability of materials and products. * Oversee shipping \& receiving activities, including freight management, customs compliance, and trade regulations adherence. * Utilize data analysis skills and tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and spreadsheets to monitor order trends, inventory levels, and process performance. * Collaborate with transportation management systems (TMS) and 3PL providers to optimize transportation planning and freight costs. * Conduct root cause analysis on order discrepancies or delays to implement process improvements in warehouse operations and supply chain workflows. * Maintain accurate inventory control through inventory management systems like MRPs and AS400, ensuring stock accuracy for demand planning and stocking strategies. * Engage in cross\-functional communication with customer service, warehouse teams, and suppliers to enhance overall supply chain efficiency. * Support international trade compliance efforts by understanding import/export regulations and managing logistics documentation. * Participate in category management initiatives by analyzing pricing strategies, supplier performance, and sourcing opportunities to maximize profit \& loss outcomes. **Qualifications** * Proven experience practicing in a supply chain operations role with a focus on order management or logistics coordination. * Strong data collection and analysis skills with proficiency in Excel data analysis, SQL queries, Tableau dashboards, and spreadsheets. * Hands\-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle, and inventory management systems such as MRPs or AS400\. * Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, materials handling equipment (including forklift operation certification), shipping logistics, and inventory control techniques. * Familiarity with procurement practices, vendor management experience, contract negotiations, and freight forwarding including NVOCC (Non\-Vessel Operating Common Carrier) procedures. * Excellent communication skills for effective cross\-functional collaboration ac
