We are actively hiring for a **Commercial Claims Quality \& Performance Analyst III \- Remote** **Your Role:** Advanced\-level role within the Commercial Claims Quality \& Performance (Q\&P) organization responsible for auditing and evaluating internal Commercial claims operations and Third\-Party Administrator (TPA) claim handling performance. Serves as a subject matter expert in claims quality, operational compliance, audit methodologies, and quality management processes. Partners cross\-functionally with Claims Operations Support, TPA relationship managers, business leadership, Legal/Compliance teams, and operational partners to identify risks, evaluate performance trends, and develop solutions that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Leads calibration efforts, supports onboarding and implementation activities for new TPAs, and provides mentorship and guidance to Q\&P analysts. Utilizes advanced analytical capabilities and reporting tools to drive process improvement
