FTE: 1.0, Shift: Day, Schedule: DayPosition SummaryThe Contracts Manager is an exciting opportunity reviewing, analyzing, drafting and negotiating MultiCare contracts to accomplish business goals and objectives. In this dynamic role, you will apply your contract expertise as you identify and evaluate data and drivers.ResponsibilitiesYou will analyze and review complex Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and RFP responses, as neededYou will review, prepare and draft complex vendor, business associate agreement, non-disclosure agreement, provider, and/or physician contracts including, and compliance with relevant state and federal laws, the Joint Commission, and CMS in accordance with company policy, and specificationsYou will perform and sometimes leads contract negotiation and manage contract administrationYou will provide both strategic and tactical support to the leadership and business teamsRequirementsMaster’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Law degree (JD), or Healthcare Administration (MHA)Minimum two (2) years of directly related experience developing, implementing, operating or maintaining analytics for contract processes and/or business support requiredHealthcare experience preferredWhy MultiCare?Rooted in the local communityPartnering with patients, families and neighbors across the Pacific Northwest for more than 140 years. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $88,691.20 - $127,649.60 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
